Hi everyone. I was given a quotation for my house renovation.
Below are quotes for other items. Let me know if the price is OK.

Car porch extend 210sf (exclude tiles) + Autogate
RM2800

Living/Dining divider L5' x H9.5' (common wood pole style nowadays)
RM1650

TV console back panel only no cabinet (L6.5' x H9.5')
Light box above TV console L15'
Plaster ceiling at stairs area 100sf
L-box around dining area 58sf
RM3000

Kitchen upper cabinet (L12.75' x H4.5')
Kitchen lower cabinet U shape (L24.5' x H2.75')
Granite top 24.5'
RM9200

Masterbed room wardrobe (L12' x H10')
RM7700

Aircon point (pipe + power)
RM500 ea
Is it good to ask the aircon guy to do it later instead?

Got other custom things also, but might be hard for other people to comment. So I'm leaving them out.
Location is JB.

Thanks.... smile.gif

Laminated Solid Wood

Market Price

Hang(Upper)

$180-220 /footrun

220* 13ft = 2820
Below

$120 /footrun

$180/footrun for laminate top.

$ 120 * 25ft = 3000

Granite might differ from

RM 220/fr(2feet deep).

if let said,

25fr x $220 = 5,500

2820+3000+5500

total also = $11,320

but ur masterbedroom wardrobe quite expensive leh

7700 / 12 = 641/footrun leh...normally if

glass anti jump sliding also 550-580/footrun

if laminate only 350-370/footrun

all my price is already include workmanship+materials+profit....profit of

30%(office leh,equipment leh,drawing leh,service leh,greedy leh, and many also can said la........)

wow thanks. guess i need to go back about the wardrobe.

Regarding the granite top, in his itemized quote it states around RM1650 only. That's only RM66 per sf.
I discuss with him before, and agreed that it's not the expensive black granite type. It's white/greyish with black spots kind. Is there something wrong?

BTW, what's the price difference between granite top and solid surface?
