want to ask some info on cost of renovation of a single storey banglow due to Im in a tight budget.
Can any contractors or anyone who have experience give in their 2 cents? smile.gif

1) extention of the left side of the house
2) build an additional 1st floor
3) plaster ceiling for the whole house
4) roof tiles maybe able to use the old one + new additionals

Below is the plan for the original house (ground floor without renovation)

400k renovation 20% = 80k down payment, beware of the contractor take the money and run away tongue.gif tongue.gif the price quote is not include finishing/ Elec work /door & frame, imo you should find another contractor to quote with more detail nod.gif

btw, build additional 1st floor, the existing structure can support the additional load?? do u have the R.C structure drawing hmm.gif hmm.gif

architect, structure, m&e drawing all can be "blueprint".....
R.C drawing will show what is your foundation, size of beam, steel bar and so on....
