coz tis car got 2 driver drive it..
one is me..(mid and heavy footer)
one is my dad..(light footer)

full tank 32 litre..
if 100% highway...from KL to perlis
i drive140km/h
i get 8.2L/100km can run 500km in full tank
if my dad drive..120km/h he get 7.8L/100km 4get how many km in full tank

if 100% in city
full tank can get 450km max i think

my dad break record when he go johor..
full tank 700km
i dunno how he drive..

i hope it can help u..

end btw regulary service ur car
if u do tht..less prob wif ur engine..

how come almost all owner of accent at accent forum said the fuel consumption is high compared to its classes

Depends of luck i think. For example , my saga blm club, 9 out of 10 auto drivers complain high fc, but 1 or 2 usually the lucky ones will get good fc, sometimes ridiculously good fc even better than manual ones, how they do it i have no idea.

ya...no breakdown...nid to ganti tear and wear part..

timing belt, tyres, battery, wiper.. thats about it

milage 112,000km as of today

i am the owner of 2004 Accent (A) till now....
clocked at 140k mileage... always follow the schedule to change the engine oil, cuz my brother has a workshop ma...

wat can i say this car serve me good always, no major issue.. just change the absorber last 2 years.. cuz drive too much on bumpy road last time... and this year just have tinted changed...

the FC, it work great for me... with full tank around rm65 (ron95), it can goes up to 420km (minimum) or 500km (max).. i just feel it getting good in fc day by old... like chinese say, old ppl no need eat too much food kua... =))
i driving this car to work daily, the distance about 15km one way, crusing about 100km/h...

erm, my comment.. the price quoted to you a bit high... my 2004 model wanna trade in, the dealer just quote me 16-17k...

u both lose to me when say about mileage for hyundai accent

heh... my 112000k also bcos i have been posted in oversea for few years and my family use it to beli sayur saja... if not...

haha..dad use for workin..me use for speeding...

i dun think hyundai cars makan minyak as KIA cars(1st generation KIA cars like Spectra, Sephia, Ria) ...
Hyundai spare parts, service, FC is good(i cant say very good coz i dun own 1)....2004 Accent is worth to buy base on some reviews.....
As for KIA, start from KIA Rio, Spectra5 and above, K-cars are ok(Picanto/Suria series)

I saw an adverstisement that the used car only selling RM 17800 for hyundai accent 2004 A GLS with full leather seat

where did you see the advertisement?

with good condition & low mileage?
