Sarawak is a strange place, their capital city dont have much social problems but their smaller cities have loads of crimes and filth.

SIbu - gangster, ah long and fugitive haven, most of them ran from west malaysia to Sibu to hide from the authorities or other criminals trying to harm them. The city is infested with them.

Miri - Nut job and sick murderer haven, they produce a lot of Malaysia's sickest and most shocking murders/rape/torture cases.

Kuching, the only city with acceptable crime rate.

You go read Borneo POst news, every week got some sick murder, rape or whatever filthy cases.

Dont compare with them, they different 'country'.

Usually, people who are deeply in love or known each other for a long time will do the sickest and most twisted act of cruelty.

Strangers dont do as much because they are not emotionally motivated to do so.
