Charged it also can't turn on. Does it normally have any led lights while charging? Where can I send it for warranty claim?

I faced that prob also once. Just hold the power btw for 10 secs or so. U will c the apple logo again...lol

Could be the battery dried due to forget charging, and boot up take a few sec to hold the power button.
