Hi, my phone is dying on me. Looking for a phone that is BUDGETED, 3G and can TETHER to iPad. I'm torn between iPhone 4 or waiting for iP5. So might get something while waiting for iP5.
Plz recommend me one. Thanks!
(PS. touchscreen onot not important. Phone use for call, sms and email checking)
