Ask away. Maybe some of it we can answer. I have a Galaxy Tab 3G.

Whats the main criteria you look for in a phone?

I used to use a BB before going for Nokia X6. Desire Z is nice but I dont like slide out keyboard.
I have to use both hands unlike my BB. troublesome if I have to sms on the escalator or while walking like my Dopod 838 Pro.
So I suggest you get a 4.2, 4.3" android. The screen is big enough for a full portrait qwerty type like what I am using now Xperia Arc.
It takes time to get used to but its faster than typing in BB now and you can rotate to landscape if you need to type long sentences like surfing the net and
require more space. Other that Arc the cheaper and bigger alternatives is the Desire HD and AP is at 1400. Only issue is short battery but you can buy a third party performance battery.

piumiu,

Thanks for the respond. BTW, how was your experience in shifting from BB to android? am a hardcore bb user, relying on it a lot. can android substitute all that? or would it be better if i were to just get a second phone?

Thanks man. Sharing of your experience is very much appreciated.
