Hi. Looking for a smartphone AND data plan. I'd pretty much like to keep it below RM60/month. Currently can go up to 1.5k, inclusive of upfront payment.

-Readability in the sense of screen size, color etc. I don't know, you people are the geniuses. So long as it's not straining on the eyes. Surfing and .pdf
-Battery life. Around 15 hours of music, the longer the better.
-Light.
-A decent camera. Don't need to be N8/Arc level. A 5mp snapper with good quality is sufficient. Better is welcomed.

What phone, what telco, and which plan do you think I should opt?

u can try htc desire s and incredible s if u wan virtual keyboard
otherwise go for desire z for physical keyboard

u seems like ask at wrong place
coz here is just for android phone recommendation,not phone recommendation
and u just like comparing iOS vs android

-A good camera, will use it as my main camera

coz it is the best android camera phone for now

DiGi Smart Plan RM63/month for 3GB data. 1.5k inclusive of upfront payment can get you an Incredible S. 15 hours of music is impossible though. The battery will wear out in around 8 hours or so. Currently there aren't any smartphones that can >10 hours for music yet. I think even iPhone can't. Incredible S's camera is good. 8mp dual LED flash.

Arc is the only choice if you need the phone as a substitute camera. DHD is not up to that standard yet.

i9000 is better than i9003. 3GS if you don't mind paying for apps and you like a simple UI. You can't customize much on it though. i9000 if you want to have a unique UI, a better camera, and custom support.

To request recommendation, what u need to post:

a) Acer Liquid Metal b) Huawei Ideos X5
2. Budget. around 900
3. Specs. I think it's same between these 2
4. What you need in the phone
Just wan the best phone between these 2... and please give me advise if there's any ex-user of these 2 phones~~

im wondering between these two phones too since they have similar specs...
but ill go for huawei since it's cheaper and ALM accessories seems hard to get (they even have to bulk order only can get the case )
whereas huawei comes with sp and case by one of the lyn seller...
