I called up AIA.
They don't accept Amex over the phone. But if over the counter, can accept Amex. But counter doesn't open on weekends. Sounds weird to me that they can't accept Amex over phone, but over the counter can accept. |

Government: MPSJ counter accepts MBB2 Amex. I paid my Cukai Taksiran there using this card.
