petronas at bayan lepas penang doesnt accept amex, not in the counter as well
starbuck @ queensbay penang is having Buy 1 Free 1 promo as well. i bought 1 RM11 + 1 RM13.. they waived my RM13 instead of RM11 *respect* |

^ pay in USD, conversion rate was discussed earlier by some of the forum-ers here.. i forget the exact % but somehow it will be higher comparing to VISA..
seems like i'm answering my own question lol.. anyone tried and care to share? |
