All the Hooray and poison going around , not so good for our $$$. Consumer always look for laptop with sleek and slim design, light weight, powerful, long battery life and best bang of the buck. Acer really get our heart and poison us kao kao and make us drunk.

It time to look for antidote. Just post some of my point of doubts, not to add poisons anymore as it keep coming...

Really, the build in battery can not be replaced? What a nightmare . Laptop will become desktop when battery dead or mulfunction.

Let assume if build in battery is available at higher cost for the timebeing, what will happen if Acer future timeX series design revert to replaceable battery and discontinue the build in battery, than headache again.

What is the warranty period for build in battery? Is it only for few months like those normal battery.

If you game frequently, the higher heat generate inside the slim body will shorten the lifespan of the build in battery and the laptop, unless it has a good heat management to counter it.

The harddisk, heat sink and build in battery may not be easily accessable. Its may not user friendly for DIY and cleaning job.

Hope early adopters can give some clarification, temperature reading under load, post GPUZ

The build in battery is connected to mainboard with cable, needs some skill to remove it and so troublesome
There is a battery switch inside the casing at the bottom part. you can insert a pin thro' the hole at back casing to switch off battery.
