holy crap!
i have an old desktop (not bad) and an old sony vaio that has been collecting dust for at least 2 years!
will they accept two computers at once?
if they do =RM400 rebate and with the sale of my brand new 4820, I might only have to top up rm100.
But Im still undecided on the 4830 though...

RM200 only
not working unit also can
but need full set
without the accessories and power adapter is acceptable.

so, since it has a built in battery, does the acer supercare extended warranty covers the battery? i noe for a fact dat, for the 1st year, adapater n battery are always covered by acer. since 4830tg has a built in one, n is no replaceable, kinda worried about dat. battery degrades rather quickly due to limited charging cycles.

just call acer

NO super care only cover the notebook
even it is a build in type, its still 1 year warranty only.

i was curious with my battery wear level

it was 0.00% on 28/5/2011
but now 3.15% this morning

this unit always plugged-in never with the battery
normal daily use from 11pm~2am (3hours)

the only thing i did wrong is
i forgot to unplug my megalodon yesterday

it really bothers me
1 night only drop 3.15%
how long will it really last shocking.gif

second thing is
there is a hole at the middle of bottom base with "battery out" icon
what is that for? rclxub.gif

thirdly
there is a dip switch inside
whats that for??? rclxub.gif rclxub.gif
