sure can install XP on the laptop.but u'll have trouble finding the drivers. currently, there's only offcial drivers for windows 7 64 bit

best solution wud b for u to install windows xp virtual machine. best of both worlds. u can use both xp n 7.

my advice is ,to use this setup first until the official XP drivers are avaialble.

It didn't comes with DVDs, you need to create your own. 5 dvds altogether ( 4 for recovery, 1 for the driver and application)
thanks for the information. so i need 5 dvds and is there any software i need to install or its preloaded?
