Yes, just unscrew and slide the dvd out and slide in the bluray drive..

Nothing much, maybe need to slot in back the original dvd drive for warranty purposes...

okay, but i'm really afraid it would result to problems in future..
meantime, i REALLY need a bluray player ......
nvm, would consider it...
im getting this 4830TG in 2 weeks time! rclxms.gif
btw, all the bluray drives are suitable or only specific ones?

No need, should be just plug and play..
Shouldn't need a technician..

You just need to remove one screw (on bottom, just right beside the area for dvd drive) then should be able to take out the dvd drive..

alright, might as well buy an internal bluray drive when i purchase my laptop!
thank you so much for clarifying smile.gif

Used to be true back where battery technology was in the stone age, but these day and age, with all the new battery technology the old "8 hours fully charge before you can use" simply isn't true anymore.

I always have a good laugh at anyone trying to sound like they know what they are talking about, particularly older handphone seller who still repeat the 8 hour mantra. But no, just charge until its full, and you're free to use it after that.

Which means I can use the laptop while charging it for the first time?

Well, there are some bad feedbacks too,

sorry if i post at wrong section..here goes my problem

i have a problem regarding my laptop and hopefully someone here is kind enough to give me an answer or a solution.

Why every time when i shut down, before logging off from desktop, there's warning pop out said that "force to shut down" or "cancel". What's that? is there something i left to close before turning off? It only appear 1 second, even when i get the chance to click cancel, it doesn't work and continue to shut down.

Anyone of you face the same problem as mine?

I guess you're using Windows 7 for the first time? Lol. whistling.gif

It's not a prblem, its memang like that in windows 7. if you still have programs running, that screen will appear.
