Run on battery

use to do your normal browsing with brightness as maybe slightly low or at power saver level. use Fn + left right to adjust.

Hibernate your system

Resume. Now try to adjust screen brightness with FN + left or right.

Can you adjust the brightness? Mine dont seem to work after i hibernate.

4 dvd for system recovery and 1 more for apps n drivers backup

guys...can u try out your page up and page down keys? usually normal PC keyboard, if i hold Page Down, it will continuously page down all the way until the bottom of the page. However, for this laptop, it only page down once even though i hold down the button. Makes me have to press multiple times to reach down.

and then download firefox 3.6 http://www.filehippo.com/download_firefox/9752/
you can install it in a separate folder or download the portable version from portable apps.

then install firesheep as addon, restart firefox.

start firefox, go to view, sidebar, firesheep.
at the bottom, preferences, see whether u can choose your wireless adapter?

after that click start capture. Do lemme know whether yours can work or not? If it works, u're totally in for some fun at starbucks!!

edit : incase u guys are thinking why dont i try it myself and whether this is dangerous or not, lemme explain. I installed commview for wifi to try collecting packets from WEP connections. so now i'm not sure if commview messed up with my atheros driver coz everytime i start capture in firesheep, i get some error.

guys! anyone of you know whether acer provides a battery app which allows me to set the max charge level at say maybe 80% or 90%?

if not, are there any other apps out there which does this?
