Offgamers giving used CD KEY?, I am dissapoint.

So last monday, i bought a battle-chest + WOLTK CD key from offgamers.com which has been recommended to me by a number of friends. So i got the cd key within minutes, delivery was fast and smooth. I went to battle.net US and entered my CD Key for standard WoW and guess what happend? Cd-key has been already claimed.
I've submitted a ticket regarding this and provided several screenshots for them to further investigate about this matter, hope i could get a new key or at least a refund. Although i salute them for having good customer service, fast delivery etc but giving customers used keys is not really acceptable.
Has anybody else experienced this before? If so, did you manage to get a new CD-key/refund?

I already submitted a ticket and provide all the relevant informations/screenshots needed. Hopefully they will give me a new one.
