So last monday, i bought a battle-chest + WOLTK CD key from offgamers.com which has been recommended to me by a number of friends. So i got the cd key within minutes, delivery was fast and smooth. I went to battle.net US and entered my CD Key for standard WoW and guess what happend? Cd-key has been already claimed.

I've submitted a ticket regarding this and provided several screenshots for them to further investigate about this matter, hope i could get a new key or at least a refund.
Although i salute them for having good customer service, fast delivery etc but giving customers used keys is not really acceptable.

Has anybody else experienced this before? If so, did you manage to get a new CD-key/refund?

i buy my vanilla and TBC with Offgamers.. it all good.. but service kinda slow for weekend if u want to buy the top up card... so i stop and buy everything via Blizzard with Credit card.. get promo also..hahah.. everything is smooth now

i plan to buy vanilla,TBC,woltk at offgamers since its a lot more cheaper there. I'll buy cataclysm and monthly game time from blizzard since the price is nearly similar. From what i heard, getting a replacement/refund for a cd key is kinda hard except those with higher ranks (platinum). Any Offgamers representative that can comment on this?

Better confirm your wow account status first.. maybe it was double clicks...I remembered last time when i enter the time card codes.. wow website abit gay. it was saying the codes are not working ..i was like WTF!! f*** f*** f*** .. then i login my account and it working lol

I already checked throughly , and it shows that i have no game. Theres even an "add trial" button. Did you buy your time card from Offgamers too?

Good service. but that is like years ago. so im not sure anything change.

Still, for benefit of doubt, im sure its probably some technical error/issue and i have no doubt they can provide u a new key.

I've been using Offgamers for cd-keys and gold ever since i started WOW 3 years ago, and I dont have any problem with them, I even recommend to my friends which they dont have any problem as well.

Don't because of a slight error then panic and take it like its end of the world. They ain't saint. Call them up and rectify the issue is the easiest and fastest way.

I'm not panic. Its just that its my first purchase, and its a big one ( Worth RM200+ ) . And to see a recommended site like that giving out a used cd key just doesnt seem right. I've gone through live chat several times, sent few screenshots, and waited for more than a week for an answer. If this dragged on for too long, imma have to dispute my payment. :s
