Where to find Window Opening Restrictor?

Anybody know where to find window opening restrictor. It restric the opening of window for safety purpose like those that found in most hotel window. I would prefer those with key release for easier window cleaning if possible.

hi bro, tumpang ur thread coz i'm looking for something related to windows also.
Anyone knows whether there are locks available for aluminium panel windows - the pust out type? |

saw some window-locks in metrojaya (1U) the other day in the DIY section (yale i believe).
