QUOTE(Spritzz @ May 10 2012, 04:18 PM) Dear All, Today i bought one sink from bandar puteri Sorento Product Code : SRTKS 1009A which is a single bowl. Because of space limitation, this the only one can fit to the space with undermount. I get it reasonable cheap i think i am, at RM214.00 from original price RM330. That's only thing that i would like to share. I also feel like going to zheilwane's shop to see. I still have hood and hob to buy and some bathroom accessories. Since most bros here gave lot of good comment on him. I will try to waste my petrol from Subang to Kepong. A good trip is never a waste of the petrol..since you need to buy hood & hob also, why dont you also buy the sink from him?

Can somebody teach me how to explain undermount to my contractor in chinese? I got the sorento 2029 and i want to have it install undermount instead of top mount. I show him picture and he said 'no problem' but somehow he looks bit blur..
Can I not install the sink until after I am about to move in? coz i dont want any of those acid washing activities to ruin the sink...or can i only install later if it is top mount?

QUOTE(pooi_pooi1 @ Jul 26 2012, 08:37 AM) Whenever i have problem communicating with my contractor, i will use photo & show him what i want. With smartphones nowadays it make communication a bit easier. Hope it helps! My contractor dont use smartphone....cina ah pek..haha..so I just print picture for him, was just wondering if he can tell the picture is actually undermount instead of top mount (since i didnt print top mount and undermount for him to compare). Things that he understand only did it once and it is exactly what I wanted..things that he dont understand later re-do and re-do..tile also havent buy..I'm home already this week

QUOTE(orientaliew @ Jul 26 2012, 05:36 PM) i would say it depends on the location of the tap. usually the tap is on top of the smaller bowl. really? why? I intend to have the tap between the two bowl. Also left or right bowl bigger does not matter. It is a matter of preference. My big bowl is on the left because it is nearer to the dishes and the stove (so after using the wok, transfer to the big bowl and wash. Will soap dishes on the small bowl on the right then rinse on the left and place in the dish rack which is on the left..nearer also...just a preference...
