As for leasehold... thats not too worrisome IMHO, cause its 99 years (by the way the lease started in 2012, anyone knows if IJM renewed the lease when giving VP?) by then most of us, heck even our children not around anymore. Also Malaysia is onyl 59 years old.. that just goes to show how long is 99 years.. |
