My landlord is giving me a permission to do the tenancy agreement. One thing bothering me is I may be promoted to General Manager probably February next year and may be posted to Bangkok. If dapat la.. So can i put this clause on the tenancy agreement :- Option A Both Tenant and Landlord are entitled to terminate the agreement by giving 2 months prior notice provided both parties agreed or should i put it like below Option B Both Tenant and Landlord are entitled to terminate the agreement by giving 2 months prior notice. If I put Option B, there's a chance that the Landlord wont sign and ask me to amend the agreement.. |
