i think he know EXACTLY how it feels to be alliance there.

its hard to get random player to join a new guild these days, especially when you just started a guild.
due to guild perks thing
some people want to join higher level guild just for the advantages they can get for free.

atleast you have your rest of guildies joining soon.

i don't mean discourage,
i mean you could focus on building up the guild as a 1st step.
you got guildies coming, so you don't need to worry there too few member to do anything.
level you guild 1st, work along with your guildies to contribute to your guild.

be friendly to non guildies(chances are low, but they might come over to your guild)
and help newbie that don't know what their doing, most of them are really greatful that they will stay with your guild for a really long time.
chances the lowbie with boa gear already have a guild they are loyal to.

guild recruitment will be "very" slow in new/not famous guild
i know, i been there, my ex-guild disband becasue we couldn't recruite any more core member for 10 man, all pretty much alt or live in diffrent time zone

there are just too many horde player in thaurissan, there will eventually someone to join you.

funny/ catchy guild name help too. my troll priest alt joining a guild name Voodoo Lounge, just becasue i think it fit my troll charater.
