<Puäka>, Recruiting Malaysian for 10 man! (Thaurisan!!!!)

Finally, i convert horde and xfer server...now im looking for 10man player for Cata raid.
Curently we have 3 person..soon to be 5 person..while others a lvling asap.. Our guildname
are not yet decided..TBA..

We are not that hardcore but we are going into that direction..
Our plan is only raid 2 days per week:-

Thursday 8.30pm ~ 12.30pm
Sunday 9.00pm ~ 12.30pm
Other day ~ Heroic run, achv run, lvling alt day.

We are welcoming all casual player.. or hardcore player..must know how to comunicate in Malay..
English will be secondary language.. stable connection is a must.. Strategy and mechanic of the fight will be explain in Malay..Repair will be sponsor by the guild..100g per raid day..

Pst me ëtoo or tëlo or Mosol in game...we will be spaming trade for recruit tonite!
No website application are needed!!.. we just need you!

that the reason we xfer...wanna try raiding with malaysian time zone..
US time zone is sux.. playing alone in the morning time is kinda retarted...
and i do that for almost 4 years..

We're 10 man raiding guild at the moment with progression in mind. Planning to have 3-4 more raiders to join us... I'll have an internal discussion to see how things might work out.

spark raid at 6.30 pm...if u can raid early sure..join them..

6.30pm is way to early for us... the good raid timing will be 8.30pm ~ 12.30pm
kinda hard for us to raid on 6.30pm...we really appriciated the offer thou Lëah..

u can always try recruiting ppl to guild but bear in mine with lvl 1 guild the recruitment will be..damn hard..lol.

but at least u guys have better chance getting ppl in than in ur old realms

i recommend you try alliance there and experience fighting the horror of 5 or more hordes jumping at you during pvp and you'll still managed to kill at least 3 of them with your shaman specced as resto

Playing alliance in Thaurissan is like... 300..

Alliance = Sparta
Horde = Persia

i think he know EXACTLY how it feels to be alliance there.

Last night im spaming trade...no one wanna join LOL..
but the fun thing is at 7.30pm peep already PUGing for BWD..
how cool is that.. in my old realm, 7.30pm peep still sleeping...lol

rest of my guildies will join in soon, then we gonna decide,
our own guild or join others...at the meantimes i think we gonna PUG..

its hard to get random player to join a new guild these days, especially when you just started a guild.
due to guild perks thing
some people want to join higher level guild just for the advantages they can get for free.

i don't mean discourage,
i mean you could focus on building up the guild as a 1st step.
you got guildies coming, so you don't need to worry there too few member to do anything.
level you guild 1st, work along with your guildies to contribute to your guild.

be friendly to non guildies(chances are low, but they might come over to your guild)
and help newbie that don't know what their doing, most of them are really greatful that they will stay with your guild for a really long time.
chances the lowbie with boa gear already have a guild they are loyal to.

guild recruitment will be "very" slow in new/not famous guild
i know, i been there, my ex-guild disband becasue we couldn't recruite any more core member for 10 man, all pretty much alt or live in diffrent time zone

there are just too many horde player in thaurissan, there will eventually someone to join you.

funny/ catchy guild name help too. my troll priest alt joining a guild name Voodoo Lounge, just becasue i think it fit my troll charater.
