this has nothing to do with Xbox MC crashing yr pc

"No boot device detected" means it could not read your boot sector, its either your HDD died, IDE/SATA cable lose, partition table gone haywire or boot sector file is corrupted

what does your windows repair says? when u tried to repair?

Did you have any USB devices plugged in to any of the USB ports when booting your PC? If yes, try take them out and try to boot again. As y3ivan said, you only need code to connect between Xbox 360 and your Media Center in Windows. It'll be easier if both your Xbox 360 and PC have wireless connection.

Wireless keyboard and mouse shouldn't affect anything. Have you tried inserting your Windows 7 disc and select Repair my computer and see if its working or not.

Hmmmmm... hmm.gif From within your Windows 7 disc, try restoring your system to an earlier date using System Restore and try repair startup again. It's weird to see such message when no USB devices (other than mouse/keyboard receiver) connected to your PC... hmm.gif

No need for both, check your hard disk maybe by plugging it into another computer and see if it can be detected or not. If not, most probably your hard disk is faulty. Just change your hard disk, save your money and keep your fiancé... errr... girlfriend... errrr... happy? whistling.gif
