i have a question, ,my ringtone kinda weird, it vibrate for first second then follow by very soft ringtone which i selected, and on the third second the ringtone suddenly turn lound as the volume i it to be. is this normal?

i need help i try to root my gf sgs using z4root but sudddenly it exit the program and the phone feel a bit lag. is it i bricked the phone? what should i do? i try to access root explorer it say not yet root.so i should straight flash to xxjvk or root again or reflash to stock rom?
