try Doc's Kitchen as mentioned above bcoz some may not like the blue theme. tat's the 1st thing I tried.. ages ago it's good to select what u want in ur rom. and those bootanimations etc..

make sure u browse every tab of the kitchen to see what u're customising. Speedmod is the recommended one, u have to learn how to enable its tweaks too

u've chosen Speedmod kernel using the kitchen, don't have to install Speedmod anymore. Besides, Speedmod and Voodoo is 2 different kernels

battery life between 250 and 500 is insignificance

never used XXJVK before, so cant compare. but JQ1's modem seems to be the same for GPS performance. I've given up hope

I bet he'd rather stick wif SGS than getting Ace with 2.2.1

don't have to disable lagfix. download the CWM version (zip) and flash using CWM, easier

no, SGS II is not even released yet. no idea hw the guy got his hands on Touchwiz 4

what I mean is we can't get it for now though someone oredi has his hands on it, coz we don't even see Touchwiz4 floating around for downloads maybe insider or sth

tat can be downloaded, but ppl tried and it only works with HTC Thunderbolt. other Android users are not able to have video call

Added on April 16, 2011, 7:25 amlooks like official Gingerbread is coming. lots of Samsung sites show Gingerbread user manual, now waiting for sourcecode. some even say it's actually scheduled for release yesterday, we just have to wait til next week and see for ourselves
