ClockWorkMod versions:
SpeedMod K13E with HZ=250 CWM
SpeedMod K13E with HZ=250 CWM BIGMEM (355MB RAM, no 720P video recording)
SpeedMod K13E with HZ=500 CWM
SpeedMod K13E with HZ=500 CWM BIGMEM (355MB RAM, no 720P video recording)

anyone can explain what are the differences between those number of 500 and 250, and what are the differences between BIGMEM and non-BIGMEM.

and anyone could teach me how to install kernel using CWM (bukan odin one)

Haven't try JVB but i heard is snappier than JVK. JVK so far i don't find any bugs, most of the force close happens when people try to restore system data from Froyo to gingerbread. User App should be fine.
