As far as I know, there're 2 PLUS Toll Plazas in KL area offering CC TnG reload:
1. Sg. Besi (From JB/Seremban - KL direction)
2. Damansara (From PLUS exit @ Damansara Toll)

P/S: Both don't accept AMEX sad.gif

No service charges, need to sign a slip, just like normal CC transaction
