I believed that they don't have enough phone lines to cater for so many terminals. You're aware that how many CC terminals they have at the cashier desk. tongue.gif

Not to mention for epay reload terminal somemore and now with the addition of T&G terminal. doh.gif

Today i encountered something weird at Sen Heng (Chi Liung). They told me the person in charge is on leave today so cannot reload the TNG there.
Only that person can do it? If he MC 2 weeks den how? Or is it because there's a special key he holding and forgot pass to others?

i believe only a couple of staff is able to handle as everytime i wanna reload, the staff manning the counter will call a different person to attend to me.

Either you or I was misinformed.
I was told the reload amount is RM50 / 100 / 200.
*
hmm, anyone able to reload other than this amount, say RM20?

I suggest you to refrain from posting a comment as useless as above. I asked because I know what I am doing.

Simple reason. I do not need to use TnG anymore, and I just need the RM20 for the few last days :-)
