QUOTE(romanpicisan @ Apr 8 2012, 09:21 AM) Yesterday just top up RM200 at Mymydin Sentosa, Klang. Was only charged 50 cents for service charge. They are using e-pay. Should be all Mymydin can top up touch n go using this. I was using Maybank Amex. Hope this helps. Wow, I never heard convenience store accept credit card This is news.

As long as it carries TnG chip, it can be reloaded by any means you wish. This post has been edited by chemistry: Jun 18 2012, 09:57 PM

QUOTE(simplesmile @ Sep 23 2012, 08:12 PM) I would like to propose to upgrade this thread to include the following information. Much like the OCBC thread. So will need to change the title of the thread. 1. Where to reload. 2. Which places can use the TnG card. Example, carpark, 7-eleven.... 3. Promotion. Example, the 20% toll rebate for 80 transactions and above in a month. 4. Plus other matters the forumers can think of. Thanks for your suggestion. The main purpose of this thread is to help Amex cardholders cum TnG users to maximize savings. To answer your questions, 1. In general, most if not all petrol stations can reload TnG, but CASH term only. 2. Refer Where to use. 3. Refer PROMOTIONS4. NIL

Guys,
Please do ask for a clear reason from the person in charge when you are declined to reload TnG using credit card.
Besides, jot down his/her name and the branch location. ======================================== SenQ Customer Officer replied that one must purchase something in the shop then only can reload TnG in the same transaction bill. I think it's not the case because I did reload many times successfully without having to buy things.

QUOTE(jtcs87 @ Oct 9 2012, 08:42 PM) We just accept cash only for TnG reload from 1st of October 2012. Seems like all the branches have received memo from top management to restrict TnG reload using cc. Anyway, according to the reply from SenQ Customer Service, we still can use credit card if we got buy something inside the shop. Just not sure if there is minimum purchase amount to use credit card. Perhaps buy 1 pack of 2pcs Panasonic AAA Battery (for your remote controls), and reload TnG RM200

Maybe it's time to put pressure to SenQ. They knew we took advantage of Amex-TnG, hence the new restriction. We now make it clear, we decide to boycott SenQ.

QUOTE(Andyzz @ Nov 21 2012, 06:55 PM) I ask the cashier. They said the machine is only for payment, not reload as they lost the bid to get the reload rights.. something like that. So they are telling that their TnG device is for payment purpose only. Now you can buy your favourite coffee using TnG at Starbucks !
