failed to reload today at sen heng jalan meru due to terminal down..waited 15 mins for it

senq in mines cannot reload tng using amex

Hi Guys,

I went SenHeng Jalan Segambut 1 month ago, reloaded 2 cards at 100 and 200.

3weeks later which is yesterday, i gave them touch and go, then i take out my Maybank card AMEX, the staff turn back and said, we accept cash only, arahan drp boss....

yup, depends on boss I encountered many Shell counter not only did not accept CC for touch n Go but including other stuff in their shop unless more than certain RM

can i know which outlet of SENQ or SENHENG still accept AMEX? i will go and whack RM1k in all my tng card..

if non-amex, just go to tng hub also can use visa/master

yeah, of cos want to use AMEX.

only AMEX got discount, visa master must be petrol station only got discount.

there are cashback card for visa and master too, and topup at tng hub is free ~

in this threat, we were expecting 5% or equivalent. I have completed this threat from page 1 till page 31 already.
unless you are saying those that need to pay 3% service charge, and then beg the counter to give us reload using credit card

5%-3% is too little.

topup at tng hub is free of charge. but tng hub only accept master & visa.

so if topup at tng hub, the best is use the cashback visa/master.

eventhough there is no cashback master/visa that can beat amex, but in my another post (not in this thread), i also mentioned that more cashback is from the 20% offer by tng itself.

and u can only redeem that 20% from tng rebate centre, not merchant like senq or senheng.

my own experience is, use 1.5% cashback mastercard topup at tng hub, plus 20% rebate, total profit 21.5%

but the 20% from the toll it self is for user that commit RM80 a month in highway only.
if you use in LRT or others is not counted....

yes i am using highway everyday ~

the 20% rebate from TNG requirement is to use it 80 times a month at any toll regardless of $ amount.
80 times not rm80

80 times a month = 2 tolls per way (4 tolls go and come back)
if work 22 days a month ( u get 80tolls a month)
very hard to get also....

maybe confused with 5% plusmiles rebates from plus?
this 1 dont care how many times. previously must use rm80/month, now rm100 already.

i am using plusmiles tng card but i'm not using plus everyday.
so just take advantages of the 20% rebate from tng at all highway
