Same thing happened at SenQ Dataran Sunway, but I was unlucky because the machine failed to login despite many attempts.
Disappointed.

I waited impatiently and wanted to go off but then suddenly that lady called me for my card.

I confirmed with her if the terminal can operate.

I waited so patiently that the staff was embarrassed. But then my patience did not pay.

I believed that they don't have enough phone lines to cater for so many terminals. You're aware that how many CC terminals they have at the cashier desk.

Not to mention for epay reload terminal somemore and now with the addition of T&G terminal.

SenQ really want to sapu semua Good job senQ for providing Touch&Go reload service and best of all accepting Amex !

I really hope that they'll continue to accept AMEX for payment as you know that AMEX charges more than Visa/Mastercard in term merchant fee.

But they do have MBB terminal at their place to exercise. Payment was done using MBB terminal.

Please continue to accept Amex for payment.

Eh, can buy prepaid reload ticket at SenQ / SenHeng (similar to Tesco) too ?

I believe so since its a epay terminal. I spotted one at SenQ Queensbay. You may want to try yourself and update here.

Went to Seng Q at BP Mall (Batu Pahat) to reload T&G by Amex yesterday. I was told machine not ready yet , have to wait at least a week for technician to come. Why don't they get ready all the machines before they publish the sites?

I believe the cashier in-charged is lazy or don't know how to setup. There's a manual for it and I saw it yesterday.

I believe here's the primary reason for not getting the terminal ready all the time:

They may not have enough phone lines to cater for so many terminals. You should be aware that there're many CC terminals (we have > 10 banks) at the cashier desk.

anyone tried topup T & G at Seng Heng Kota Damansara? I am planning to topup this weekend...hope they will allow topup using amex..

Last week I went there to reload. That time the Touch&Go terminal failed to login.
If everything's alright, they do accept Amex for TnG reload.
