Hi, those smart tag sold below RM 100 are difference from the RM 120.
The so called promotional smart tag - RM 100, you cannot view the balance of your T&Go.

Anyway, just take note of those discounted/promotion smart tag (if any) in future.

reason:

RM100 reload, service charge RM0.50, then petronas service charge RM1.00 because TnG reload is using online system( eg.reload digi, maxis prepaid)

You're correct:
Min reload is RM 100 with RM 2 charge per reload.

See my calculation, the max you can get is RM7.5-RM2 = RM5.50 rebate (M2 Amex) for RM100 reload compare to OCBC Ti where the max you can get is RM5 assuming no reload charges for RM100. Some stations even charge you 3% for using cc.
No hassle to go to specific petrol station. My suggestion is just alternative for those users who are holding M2 Amex and not staying nearby these specific petrol stations.

True also with no charge. Provided you have CIMB ATM and the ATM machine supports T&G too.

No gain, no loss virtually.
