QUOTE(peri peri @ Jan 29 2013, 12:24 PM) maybe the quota for the day u went to reload is full for Amex. I heard someone posted here max Amex CC transact per day for mydin is rm500 only. Usually i went to reload early in the morning. That quota should be set by TnG machine not Amex i think.

If someone came and reloaded RM1,000, then the quota would finish instantly. The next person will not be able to reload until SenQ buys credit again.

QUOTE(Dannyl @ Jan 31 2013, 09:28 AM) It's on "while stocks last" basis. For SenQ case, if I am not mistaken, each outlet reload once a month.

QUOTE(sj0217 @ Jan 31 2013, 01:11 PM) based on yr above mentioned, SenQ has now starting to accept TnG reload with AMEX?? The last statement I have heard from SenQ staff was that they accept TnG reload with credit card provided the customer make purchase at certain amount. I can't remember the amount. Please forget about SenQ. No chance there. This post has been edited by chemistry: Jan 31 2013, 02:25 PM

Getting Started

|
for those who want to reload at mymydin, better reload straight away with rm500 as many outlets already stop accepting credit card for payment

I don't really understand why SenQ/Mymdin is doing the same thing. If you don't allow reload TnG using credit card , why allow at the beginning?

They never "thought" there will be high volume of CC reloads... Month end Statement from Bank asking for merchant fees would showed a marked increase

If you don't allow reload TnG using credit card , why allow at the beginning? why don't understand? it's only after implementing it in the first place, then only they know how much loses they are actually incurring. bad planning and anticipation i would say... not that i'm complaining coz any sane merchants would have stop it any unprofitable service/product

I am from Penang and has been trying to find a place that can accept cc for reloading. If I am not mistaken as far as PLUS is concern, KL PLUS office accept cc and the IPOH PLUS also accept cc. Just curious is there any change in KL PLUS no more accepting cc?
