for my experience, the version 5 as you said(clockwork touch) there is a problem. Couldnt use that to upgrade rom, it will half brick the device, happened to me..

So this version you will still able to charge with led on even the phone turned off?

Added on May 7, 2012, 4:48 pmif follow tutorial should be ok, there is a lot tutorial outside there, i just choose one which is wrote for EVO GSM and i just follow what it did (did revert back some step because fail), and nothing happen. So you shouldnt worry too much.. or ask some guru help u for S-Off

i just do the step i can achieve, and ignore the step which is impossible and return to step which i skip on first time then continue and it works

i prefer this rom ROMeOS3D , because its more clean.. anyone able to make use of usb otg ?

no wonder.. then no more kernal that support it? i read and leedroid kernal does support, but that kernal make my phone freeze for few time already and at last change rom and it works fine so far
