Did you wipe cache and dalvik in CWM? This us very important to do.

For unlocked bootloader + rooted device, I feel the easiest way is using flash image gui then use CWM to flash the ROM. here's how I did mine:
1. Make sure phone already have CWM and flash image gui installed and phone is rooted.

2. download Virtuous 3.0.2 ROM and placed in sd card.

3. use flash image gui to choose the ROM, it will only flash the kernel.

4. follow the flash image gui prompt to restart in CWM

5. in CWM, choose install zip file from sd card and select the ROM

6. finish flash, choose wipe cache partition and then in advance option, choose wipe dalvik cache.

7. restart, wait about 10 minutes for the system to build up the cache again

8. phone now is running ICS. Profits!!

When you want use HTC Dev to unlock, its T&C says it can/may void your warranty, it doesn't clearly write about it, just very vougue.

Wait for HTC to officially release ICS update.

Max I get for continuous usage on WiFi is about 4 hours plus. just browsing the net.

Just noticed that long press the Home button for task manager is now much more cooler. just swipe to side to clear it off.

LOL I didn't know it was ICS ffeature.

So how do you feel with after flash the radio fw?
is it stable? Better signal? how about battery?

you tried charge using wall charger?
normally when charge after completely discharge you have to wait like 5 - 10 minutes then only you can turn on the phone. if directly turn on, the phone can't start.

Got full movie meh? I bought on Jan but also dun have full movie, only trailer.

Of coz rooting is better. Can remove apps you don't need and install custom rom.

After googling it I found out it is only for the Sprints (US carrier) EVO3D, but the movie can be found at XDA forum. Some one upload it there.

i feel E3D pro to RAZR is 3D camera and screen, and HTC Sense
and i think Andreno 220 is faster than SGX540.
E3D cons is the battery life, but lite usage can last more than 24H. and it does feel more thick if compare to other smart phone.

RAZR do have more pro than E3D like 16GB internal, AMOLED, 8MP camera, slicker and thinner casing. but otherwise both about the same. cons of Moto is they always doesn't want to release the source code and lock the bootloader & kernel. but now under Google Inc, dunno if they have released and unlock it.

is the price about the same?

seriously, i wouldn't waste time using official ROM/update. most of it feels like it is compiled by some 15 y.o kids that have no idea whats he's doing. heard official ICS have bluetooth bugs, plus tons of unoptimized codes.

better to use custom ROM, snappier and battery last longer.

do you have custom recovery installed? is it 4EXT?

if you don't, try install custom recovery 1st. then install the ROM that include kernel with 4EXT [turn on smart flash] or flash ROM with CWM then flash kernel with fastboot.

revolutionary recovery is also OK.
can you load into it? if can then flash any custom ROM then boot into fastboot and flash kernel using fastboot command.

EDIT: you need to unlock your bootloader 1st..
