(2) To tell other members that the "original" item you bought from the seller doesn't come with the "original" warranty term, think before you made your purchase. = for water cooling products, we provide DOA warranty. If customer want do "original" warranty. Yes, we can help but need to charge postal and handling fee. for me is not worth due to international postal fee is very high.

(3) To demand an explanation as why "original" coolgate G2 radiator doesn't comply to the original specification as published in their web? is it a defect/reject item? = Yes, the specification is follow as published in their web.

(4) To demand an explanation as why the seller failed to mention the "San Ace" fan unit that he is selling is refurbished unit in his tread. = u r welcome to ask be4 purchase. 99% new

(5) To demand a full refund for all the items mentioned above if the seller doesnt have a valid reason of why.......things happen???? = Pls refer an abpve.


- What 1st time or second time purchaser got to do with you NOT MENTIONING "REFURBISHED FAN" in your threat??..........OR are u trying to tell me, that i should have known that all item you are selling here is REFURBISHED/USED/SUBSTANDARD PARTS???? ..........something like Made In China kind of part????? = u can try to direct buy San Ace, Sunon, ADDA Fan from those original company, see whether they have include screws, fan extension cable for u or not.

- 2-3 extra fin per inch is 20-30% error rate, this is extra copper fin the manufacturer giving away for free, do you think there is a manufacturer will make such an error??? for a computer parts????.......... = Copper fin is very very thin and light. They only consider total copper weight of product. It is not spare parts of aeroplane, car, or other public transport. So no need certain ISO, eg: ISO/TS 16949. Do you know want to fulfil a ISO quality, need to invest a lot of money for one factory, besides also need to maintenance.

- 20-30% Error rate is good quality??? ........thanks for your assurance of ORIGINALITY, is that why your original part doesn't come in ORIGINAL Box???? = Yes, good quality. Pls compare to ur TFC radiator. U told me the TFC Radiator fitting area not 90 degree and make u hard to use Rigid Tube. Have u complain to TFC company??? I give u example: if u buy Samsung, AOC, LG, Dell and etc brand monitor, but got dead pixel below 5 units, izit they do warranty for u?? izit this one call quality????

wonder why original packaging does matter to you??? what about your customer original boxes??? = Yes, the radiator come with original brown color box, right? This is original box from manufacturer. So what we get frm suppliers/manufacturer, then what we can sell to customer only with reasonable price, right? Ok, i give u example again; if u buy Sunsilk shampoo frm super market, adakah anda minta Sunsilk shampoo original color printed box???? u buy GoodYear tyre, adakah anda minta GoodYear tyre original color printed box???? Tidak right !!

chill man..i believe Mr Nic will not ffk u..he is a responsible seller as far as i know..be patient if he doesn't respond to ur PM/SMS, maybe he quite busy..he's human too like u & me..need time for family & personal time..no need to bomb all of this thread cheers man!

I just recently received item ordered from niclasteoh.... He's a trusted seller!!! No WORRY!!!!

He did respond to me before bank in, because Im asking for item. then I bankin on sunday and told him on email, then I wait for response, until today. then today I sms & miscall him, still no respond. around 6pm just now he sms me told he's sorry because busy and gave me my tracking number.
