I am not sure about the block A launch...but i do recall most (if not all) bumi units will be located to Block A. Better check with the marketing agent again.

earliest would be september.. but im not sure it will be this month.. construction completion needs to be 60-70% of the entire development for them to open up A for sale. last i saw, i think it was built up to level 4 about 2-3 weeks ago?

Just passed by Casa Tropika again today. Development progressing nicely.
Had the famous Puchong Yong Tau Fu there....nice food with decent price smile.gif

I think (hope) this is a good buy coz its a walking distance to Han Ming Chinese School....i want to send my son to chinese school, so this would be a big factor.

With the developer price of lower than RM300/sq.ft. i share the same view with you. i think its serrounding environment (located inside the new kampung) contributes to this pricing. anyhow, no issue for those own stay buyer.

It has its own pros.
I passed by DHL Puchong yesterday, the air quality was poor probably due to traffic + highly populated area.
With Casa Tropika, the surrounding area mostly single / double storrey houses + school in the area, so the air quality should be much better...at least thats my observation.

The developer was yet to release the final block, Block A. But believe the price will be much different from the launching price for both Block B & C. Heard that it may be release by this year, but you may want to check with the marketing office which is located next to the side office.

Sorry...i dont have any new information. Didnt stop by the sales office for very long time.

Only looked from far on the progress of the project...i believe its now already 7-8 floors...hehe

my bro was at the showroom the other day and SA mentioned probable launching date for Block A somewhere in March (tentative, they pushed back many times) and expected around RM360 psf.

looks like earlier phase buyers already made some decent paper gains.
