how do i get a hd quality channel like ntv7 using a antenna (normal) with bx300 lcd tv hdtv?

no HD transmission for NTV7

RTM TV1 does transmit in HD, you will need a DVB-S2 satellite HD decoder + 1.5m prime focus dish tuning to measat 3 (located at 91.5°E on the equator belt) C-band signal


for other free to air satellite HD channel (such as NHK worldHD, Fashion TV HD...), refer to lyngsat http://www.lyngsat.com/asia.html


sinkapo HD5 is also broadcated in HD using terrestrial digital transmission, you will need a set top box capable of receiving DVB-T + mpeg4 signal, people in johor should be able to receive it using fish-bone VHF+UHF antenna

He said, NTV7 don't have HD transmision. Only RTM got HD transmission but only u need to buy a decoder + dish (different that astro decoder and astro dish).

And RTM HD only available at selected area..

which part do you want me to elaborate further?

tat 1 u r seeing is C band using big dish.
in order 2 receive tat u need big dish + dreambox hd

as I said, 1.5m dish

not all dreambox is dvb-s2 capable(only dreambox 800/8000 can receive dvb-s2 signal), cheaper alternative is Hibox selling at RMB500, which can receive dvb-s2 signal and decode mpeg4 encoding

I don't have this thing.. but I believe, all good things are not free..
you can get free "normal" channel only.. anything like HBO, Nat Geo,
and other nice channel, I'm sure it's not free..
