Totally agreed with MyKy44.. I'm same course with him. Currently on my final semester.

Just want to add something, after you finish your degree at UTM, you can easily further studies to Masters(cgpa above 3.00) and direct to PhD(cgpa over 3.50) with scholarship and monthly allowance given by UTM. It is because UTM just recently been awarded as Research University.

Right now i'm still thinking to kerja makan gaji or further Masters with allowance RM2k monthly excluding scholarship.. sweat.gif

I thought for engineering we need to get 1st class degree then only can skip master go straight to PhD? Isn't 1st class for engineering = >3.75? hmm.gif

I believe that others Universities(IPTA) intake per batch also not more than 65 ppl... sweat.gif

yup, 1st class is >3.75 but for fast-track program (direct to PhD), the requirement is only 3.50 and above. Students with 3.50 and above will automatically get an offer letter for fast-track program on their last semester.

Define why it's more better?  brows.gif

UTM is not actually better than others but they are more specialized in few EE fields.. UTM has 7 (if i'm not mistaken) EE course while UM and UPM has 2-3 course only. UTM has EE in high voltage, mechatronic, electronic, microelectronic, control & instrumentations, medical electronic, and computer.
