MIUI has been giving me quite a few problems lately

Going to mess with CM7 RC2 again

Tried Skyfire, Dolphin HD & stock... switched back to Dolphin HD in the end

Holy crap, Handcent SMS suddenly crashed and all my message is gone

Memory access problems mostly, for example a ringtone would lag for 6 secs and stuff. At first it seems ok, then it starts to get annoying

Found a possible bug on ARHD 3.2 + 12.41.60.19_26.06.04.14_M

Tried capturing a photo under Sepia mode with stock camera app. Everything froze, power button not responding, hafta take out batt and reboot...

Happened again upon 2nd trial....however, 3rd trial works fine... wonder whats wrong..

HTC Releases maybe suck & buggy, though it may depend, are you on stock ROM? Can you provide feedback about audio, render animation performance, speed, etc?

It's an official new OTA update from HTC too bad it's not 2.3 yet, but it's coming out soon as reported by gsmarena

Were there any other background apps running before you opened the camera? Occasionally if one app is on the background needing access to the memory card, and if another tries to access it too it might freeze the phone.

I'm on stock rom for almost 4 months now

Audio can be heard louder esp in headphone

Video seems to be more smooth

HD recording looks nicer, camera photos improved

Free update for youtube to v2.16 (previously you cannot update due to youtube not in market)

Google map updated (Compass + 3D view)

Gmail updated (got reply all, star, priority inbox)

Performance of the phone = smoother compared to 2.2

so much benefit, update update !!

What was your last version before you updated to the current one? Some things have already been updated in past FOTAs.

I figured this out too but it might be the reason for the first fail but the second fail ruled out this possibility as I rebooted the phone and went straight to the camera app without launching any other apps....

but 3rd trial didnt show the same problem again, dunno why lol

That was the recent FOTA iianm. Ghostblind and some other member updated to it as well, reported super-duper battery life. I think one member's on stock rom lasted for 2 days++
