i never use outlook, so i didn't how to solve it.. and yes, i use sync.., use to sync manually. Always...~

check your APN settings. something might have gone wrong there. Unless you had your "data network" checkbox unchecked.

Did this happen after flashing new ROM? If so check your apn settings

already checked the APN settings, never had a problem before..wondering whether the problem is with the phone or the network
