Yup, need to restart ...well, what i usually do is :

1. Install MBR (get from Market) **mine already got one copy in SD
2. Restore all apps (apk + data) and then restart
3. Restore data (sms/calls/homescreen etc etc) and then restart
4. All running fine

Well, mine is using the GB radio (12.41) with CM7, idle is quite good (same like the old ARHD version)...never test with mobile though, maybe i try later on
