Press all keys one by one and feel if there is any inconsistent among the switches. Also, do take a picture of the keyboard from side to see if it having unevenly aligned switches/keycaps height. From what you claimed, it started to become a competitor to Razer BWU(in term of QC problem)? sweat.gif

Charge it onto the buyers. tongue.gif
We wont blame if that is what it should cost.
BTW, shipping from Korea/China? That is about RM13 per KG which seriously overpriced? From China by air our shipping agents can do it at RM12 per kg, provided it exist certain weight(yours for sure) and is not branded stuffs(i dont think KB is, at least to our custom...).

If by air then i think still acceptable but if by ship... sweat.gif

Try finding shipping services that using water(sea), it will be cheaper, just that much slower.

Suddenly remember another problem you may faced. KASTAM MALAYSIA!!!!

ATTENTION!!!
I think they will charge/tax you the SALE TAX for it... Becareful or those keyboard will end up 30% more expensive then what it should. ZZZZ on our dear custom....

no worries najib anounce in budget 2011 that the import tax of 300 items will be removed.. you may need to pay sales tax thou which is only 10%
