Is the soldering part complicated?
Its rather embarrassing to say that my soldering skills as a EE student is rather limited.

The steps are, solder iron -> desoldering pump-> wobble the switch, rinse and repeat till the switch pops out? That all I can understand from the youtube videos, but maybe you can provide some insight?

found another mechanical kb, the ABS M1 (http://alturl.com/c9jcn)

looks similar to filco, and cheaper too. the switches are mechanical, but not cherry MX. (looks like ALPS or cherry ML to me)

Black ALPS, non clicky, tactile. Ripster said it felt like a high friction Cherry Clear IIRC

that keyboard is obsolete/rare already, geekhack has tried the keyboard, well, the respond for this keyboard is not very good, and the quality are not that great, well do consider it's cheap price =/.

If you guys want to see any other mechanical keyboard list, please head over to the mechanical keyboard guide, and scroll to bottom, to get the list of all currently available mechanical keyboard. http://www.overclock.net/keyboards/491752-...oard-guide.html

ABS M1 was once in the list thou. but removed. =/
