If you have SMILES card, sometime they'll send promotional info via SMS.
Like swipe XXX amount and get extra YYY points within the month of ZZZ. |

On Monday I lost my Smiles card. Then, I called the CS. They said no replacement card can be issued and they blocked the card. They asked me to go to the nearest Petron/Esso/Mobile petrol station and applied for the new card. Also filled up for the point transfer form.
Filled two forms and faxed to them the next. Point transferred within 3 to 6 working days. Today, points are reflected in the new card. Very fast TAT!  |
