Went to redeem all my Mesra point at the self service kiosk. It's relatively straight forward but quite dangerous also.

If your card is lost and being picked up by others, kiss goodbye to your points. The self redemption is so easy.

I received a SMS from 66600 saying that X amount of points has been redeemed at X Petronas station DATE: TIME.

Different point system:

For Esso, it's RM 1 for 1 point.

While for Mesra & Bonuslink, it's 1 litre @ RM 1.90 for RON 95 for 1 point.

Definitely there's a huge difference!

Esso Malaysia is facing its own problem now since Exxon Mobile wants to sell Malaysia retail business and now looking for potential buyer.

Which state? I didn't encounter much trouble at Penang island, Ipoh city and KL (only station cannot accept AMEX).

I see. I pump at Bayan Lepas, Bayan Baru & Gelugor at the island. Juru (south northbound rest house) at mainland.

Citibank Cash Back Platinum also gives back 5% but in RM 50 block.

MBB2 AMEX also rebates 5% but capped at RM 50 for all types of swipes as long as during weekend.

Yes, it's capped at RM 30 but your rebate will only be credited in RM 50 block.

Should be customer copy is not full.

Sames goes to the one in my hometown in KL.
