Okay, so it's 5 AM. I'm just chilling with buddy iTzLuPo. He makes a joke about it capturing mic data and s***. So, I was like.. Microsoft sneaky so I'll take a look, I extract the files off the USB, look at the XEX.

I found out that.. yes, It's capturing "avatar" data, and network data. BUT also:

- CRC Disc drive data

- Current Microphone streaming

- Profile IDs, Games Played, Data, XUID, Achievement Data, Microsoft Points, Memberships.
(xuacs/XeGetPaymentInstruments.ashx./xuacs/XeGetPointsBalance.ashx./xuacs/GetPostalCode.ashx./xuacs/GetSubscriptionInfo.ashx)

- Current Screen IO/IOOut Settings

* MORE FOUND *

- Sends All information, of corrupted data re-routed to a MICROSOFT email.

- Grabs your crashdump.pix, and NAND information (looking for rebooters o.o)

- ANY information you have inputted, including messages, suggested gamertags, payments, and friend requests..

- ALL Gamertags you have ever had on that IP. (XeABCHGetContactlistGamertags.ashx)

- Any License Transfers/Machine Transfers (xbos/TransferMachineLicenses.ashx)

how dumb can u be. of course its a system checker even the term and condition tells (althought didnt say specifically). good thing if ur not pirater, they will give u some ms points to spend.

even with out xlabs, ms already know whats going on. a lot of stuff have been keep in the nxe for long time waiting for activation and was use to trap pirates. pirates dont know until it happen.

MS have been very good in counter piracy this days so far better than sony did. so u have been warned.

They don't give you ms points for completing the Xbox lab, you just get some crappy avatar. Not like I care or wad ever, heck I am not even a pirate. I just copy paste it.
