any electronic student can help me especially tele ?
i need to transmit 8 bit data between two microcontroller.. so i been finding for a 8 data bit encoder and decoder for my 433Mhz RF module.. but no luck for any in MY so i planning to use two 433Mhz RF receiver transmitter module, and two 4bit encoder(PT2262) and two 4bit encoder(PT2272) basically combining two 4bit data combine into 8bit data transmission the problem is now how do i config it so both wont inference with one and another ? do i set both address different ? btw any1 know pcb printing service around melaka ? and what pcb editor u use ? currently i using freepcb something like below ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by vapeace: May 1 2011, 01:46 PM |

QUOTE(kaiserreich @ May 1 2011, 03:08 PM) I'm not good in this, but based on your explanation, the interference is likely to occur. I'm thinking you can use a delay in the data transmission to avoid interference, by just using 1 transmitter and receiver, but multiplex them, though this would require both to be synchronized. Otherwise, I'm not sure whether you could do this or not, but consider using different frequency for both transmitter. i also planning to use two 331MHz and 443Mhz to do.. as based on the pt2262 and pt2272 datasheet say i can set address on both so only same address for 1 encoder and 1 decoderAs to the PCB printing service Well, do-it-yourself. Here's what you need: A laser printer to print the trace on to glossy paper, then transfer the print to the PCB board but using the hot Iron method. Basically iron the glossy paper till the trace stick on to the PCB Then use FeCl3 pcb etching method. The chemical is quite dirty and sticks your shirt or skin, so make sure you have protection. After they are etched, just drill them holes and you are done. If you never done this before, you might need to do it a few times however. delay method cant be used because i may have to sent 11111111B simultaneously because i will be controlling 4motor and 4 sensor at the same time BTW where can i get the chemical ? |

Two 433Mhz RF receiver/transmitter module, and two 4bit data RF encoder(PT2262) and two 4bit data decoder(PT2272) basically combining two 4bit data transmission into 8bit data transmission.
Both set of encoder/decoder will have different set of address; Top encoder/decoder address = HHFFHHLL Bottom encoder/decoder address = LLHHFFHH my friend say use this method.. can avoid interference because when transmitting.. the decoder will check for address match or not before decode it.. even u send two same frequency signal only one decoder that is set to the similar encoder address will decode the RF signal via versa other way to adjust the antenna cable length to have a slight frequency differential. like 433.000Mhz and 433.125Mhz Can or not ? |

lecturer give more simple solution
2 20pin uc, 1 pair of 4bit decoder/decoder, RF 433MHz receiver and transmitter module 1) input 8bit into uc and send the upper 4 bit first to the encoder 2) swap lower 4bit and send to encoder again 3) Save the first 4bit into into R0 4) Save the second 4bit into A and swap 5) Logical AND RO and A send to output <- full 8bit data transmission the only problem is the transmission delay(the time decoder/encoder need to encode and decode) to the time the uc fully assemble and disassemble the 2 4bit into 8bit can be adjusted by using higher frequency oscillator in the uc to faster assemble and disassemble 8bit data.. call delay in the uc so the decoder and encoder can fully transmit the 2 4bit data there u have a RF transmitter and receiver module.. with 8 channel and 8bit data transmission capabilities.. Time to build my prototype after exam save cost.. BUT now i need to find a 20pin programmer any1 have any idea wher i can get a 20ping programmer that work with MCS-51 code |
