u guys know what software that is easy to use, to make quotation/invoice which automatically generate date, reference number and provide a decent organize database. so later on my staff only need to run the script to insert some description then print it and at the same time my boss can view the old data with the string of reference no. so is it microsoft access is the answer toward this task?
